- Make sure to have the listing looking exactly like you would want it to look like in the photographs. If you don’t want the cat(s)’ litter box or a toilet brush in the photos, be sure to move those items beforehand. The same is advised if you would like certain furniture to be moved around
- We politely ask that you and the homeowner remain on a separate floor throughout the photoshoot, as our photographer is using the camera and the Matterport. We wouldn’t want you ending up in the 3D tour of the house!
- We understand that the realtor sign must not be featured in photographs for them to be MLS compliant so if moving that for us makes things easier for our photographer, we would greatly appreciate that
- Our photographer has a limited time at each listing and generally has a full schedule to keep to. For this reason, we ask that items are not moved from room to room during the shoot. It is best to put everything in the garage or another space that will not be photographed.
